posted Jan 19, 2018, 8:17 PM by Glenn Olson

Our extremely competent and helpful Treasurer, Tracy Owens, has decided to "retire" from the board.  We need a volunteer to take her place. She has generously offered to assist her replacement in getting up to speed. If you are interested, please contact us before the meeting on January 29 for more information.

Thank you,

Annual HOA General Meeting 01/29/2018

posted Jan 19, 2018, 8:13 PM by Glenn Olson

Hello, neighbor:
Your volunteer board of directors has designated Monday, January 29, 2018, for our Annual HOA General Meeting. Time is 7:00 P.M. at Fire Station #3, 2020 Woodhill Dr, Flower Mound. Agenda items will include a Financial Report, board membership, issues of concern such as utility costs for irrigation, landscape upgrades, and others. The board will issue three 2018 assessment waivers by drawing at the end of the meeting for those in attendance.

As noted, the HOA is managed by your neighbors on a volunteer basis. Numerous hours are donated by the board to keep our neighborhood as well-maintained as possible and maintain its financial health, keeping our HOA dues as low as possible. We can all help meeting these objectives by complying with our bylaws and paying our dues on time. Our treasurer will be sending out our annual assessment soon. Having email addresses for all our homeowners (who have one) for billing is a significant help both for board time and $$$.  Please pay before March 1 to avoid a $50 late penalty. Thank you.

Important General Election Information

From Theresa Scott, Flower Mound Town Secretary...

There are 17 polling locations in FM on election day & we’re asking HOAs to help us get the word out because there is a high probability that where residents have voted in the past on election day will be different.
Here is the link to all of the info voters need to know about polling locations, as well as informational documents related to proposed charter amendments:
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide in communicating this information to your HOA.
